Overview

Redstone Foundry LLC (“Redstone Foundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website redstonefoundry.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we receive when you visit the Site or contact us, how it is used, and how it is stored.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage, improve content, and monitor performance. We also use Google Ads to promote our services and measure advertising performance. We do not sell contact form information.

Information You Provide Through The Contact Form

The Site offers a contact form for project inquiries. When you submit it, we receive the information you choose to share, which may include your name, email address, organization, project type, budget range, timeline, a message, and an optional reference link or file attachment.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, scope potential work, and follow up about it. We do not share or sell it. Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to maintain a record of the conversation and any resulting engagement.

When you send an inquiry, we also receive available attribution information, such as campaign parameters and ad-click identifiers, your first landing page and referrer, your latest tagged visit, the submission page and time, browser and language details, time zone, viewport size, and approximate location when provided by our hosting service. This information is included only in the studio’s administrative notification, not in your confirmation email. We use it to understand where inquiries come from and assess our marketing.

Email Delivery

Contact form submissions are delivered as email through SMTP2GO, a third-party email service acting as a processor on our behalf. After you submit the form, SMTP2GO also sends a confirmation email to the address you provided. If you contact us directly by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message in the same way.

File Attachments

If you attach files to the contact form, those files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage so we can review them with your inquiry. Attachment links are made available only to Redstone Foundry through temporary access URLs.

Abuse Prevention

To prevent spam and abuse, the contact form is rate-limited. We briefly store hashed identifiers derived from your IP address, user agent, and submitted email address using Vercel Blob. These hashed values are used only to count submissions within a rolling time window and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Hosting And Server Logs

The Site is hosted on Vercel. As part of normal hosting operations, Vercel may collect standard server log data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and basic request metadata. This data is handled under Vercel’s privacy practices.

Cookies And Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 for basic usage measurement. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies and receive information such as page URLs, referrers, browser and device details, approximate location, and interaction data. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the Site is used and where it can be improved.

Google receives analytics information to provide these services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s analytics opt-out tools, as described under Your Choices below.

The Site also uses browser local storage to retain landing-page and campaign attribution for up to 30 days, so an inquiry can retain its source when you navigate to another page or return later. Retained attribution is sent with your inquiry for administrative review. You can clear it by deleting this Site’s stored data in your browser settings.

Google Ads And Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether an advertisement leads to an inquiry, such as a successful contact form or website review submission. We use this information to measure and improve our advertising campaigns.

Google’s tags may set or read cookies, including first-party cookies that associate an ad click with a later submission. Google may receive page URLs, IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie and ad-click identifiers, and conversion events. Our custom form conversion event records that a submission succeeded; it does not include your name, email address, message, or file attachment contents.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing the address below. We will respond to reasonable requests in a reasonable time.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage Google’s ad personalization through Google’s ad settings. Turning off personalized ads does not by itself stop conversion measurement. To limit Google Analytics collection in supported browsers, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on applies to Analytics, not Google Ads conversion tracking.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
